Metro Manila, Philippines – Typhoon Tino (international name: Kalmaegi) is expected to cross northern Palawan early Wednesday morning and may continue to threaten most of the Visayas with strong winds and rains, the state weather bureau said on Tuesday, Nov. 4.

PAGASA said “Tino” may be spotted at the coastal waters off Tinapacan, Palawan by early Wednesday.
