Metro Manila, Philippines – A dedicated expo for human resources (HR) solutions will take place on Sept. 22–23 at the SMX Convention Center to gather local and international brands across talent, technology, health, finance, and learning under one roof.
Recognizing that HR deserves its own dedicated platform, the first HREX arrives at a moment when AI is no longer a future concept — it is an operational reality reshaping recruitment, productivity, compliance, and employee experience.
“We built HREX because the Filipino HR community deserves a space that is entirely theirs — not a side stage at a general business conference, but a dedicated home for the conversations, solutions, and connections that move the profession forward,” said Patt Soyao, president of Future First Talents Inc. and a business partner of HREX.
The event theme is “AI, Workforce Solutions & Beyond,” highlighting the rise of AI as a transformative force in workforce solutions.
The workplace is transforming fast. AI is reshaping job scopes, accelerating productivity, and creating new demands on HR. HREX spotlights solutions that help companies future-proof their workforce: AI tools, workflow automation, modern collaboration platforms, and performance systems.
It will highlight essential evergreen solutions: HMOs, office leasing and workplace design, mental health and employee well-being programs, fleet cards, travel partners, office equipment, and the everyday tools of trade. These foundational services remain crucial to retention, employee support, and operational continuity.
HREX is built around one idea: that the best HR decisions happen when leaders can see, compare, and engage with solutions in person.
“In a physical event like HREX, decisions happen faster. What usually happens months, can happen in a day. HR is still all about people, you can’t replace real conversations, trust and chemistry,” said Bryan Co, president of AFT Corp. and another business partner of HREX.
The event will be held with the People Management Association of the Philippines.
