“Laguna to host PH leg of Volleyball Beach Pro Tour \n”

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 23) — Over 30 beach volleyball teams from around the world will fly to Laguna for the Philippine leg of the Volleyball Beach Pro Tour.

The tournament will be held at Nuvali in Santa Rosa from Nov. 30 to Dec. 3, the Philippine National Volleyball Federation said.

Among the teams to compete in Laguna are the men’s no. 1 Norway and women’s no. 1 Brazil.
The Philippine team will be bannered by Ran Abdilla, Jaron Requinton, James Buytrago, Rancel Varga, Alche Gupiteo, and Anthony Arbasto for the men’s division; and Gen Eslapor, Dij Rodriguez, Sofia Pagara, and Khylem Progella for the women’s division.
They will be handled by Brazilian coach Joao Luciano Kiodai and Mayi Molit-Pochina.
The Philippine leg is the last stop before the finals in Doha, Qatar on Dec. 6 to 9.
Other legs were held in Mexico, Brazil, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Canada, Germany, Latvia, Portugal, France, India, China, and Thailand.
