Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 19) — Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban has been named as new officer-in-charge of the Sugar Regulatory Administration (SRA), Malacañang announced on Wednesday.
Panganiban will stay in the post \”until a new administrator is appointed,\” Presidential Communications Office Secretary Cheloy Garafil told reporters.
Panganiban replaced David Alba as SRA chief following the latter’s resignation due to \”worsening health condition.\” Alba’s resignation took effect on April 15.
