Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Lakers forward Nick Young proposed to Australian rapper Iggy Azalea on Monday (Tuesday, June 2, PHT) as they celebrated Young’s 30th birthday.
A short clip of 24-year-old Azalea saying “yes” as Young proposed on bended knee was posted on the Twitter account of entrepreneur Karen Civil.

Azalea recently canceled her “Great Escape” tour which was scheduled to kick off on September 18 in San Diego, California.
Meanwhile, this past year was certainly a challenging one for Young and his Lakers squad after winning just 21 games in the National Basketball Association (NBA).
