Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 31) — Erwin Tulfo, former secretary of the Department of Social Welfare and Development, took his oath before House Speaker Martin Romualdez on Monday as the third representative of the Anti-Crime and Terrorism Community Involvement and Support (ACT-CIS) Party-list.
This is after the Commission on Elections issued a certificate of proclamation in Tulfo’s favor after junking the disqualification case against him.
