Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 4) — Ayala-led Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) on Wednesday announced it has already resolved clients’ issues on “duplicate” charges posted on their accounts.
“We are pleased to inform you of the successful resolution of the duplicate transactions on affected BPI accounts,” the company said in an advisory. “Rest assured that your account is safe and secure.”
BPI, however, noted that some customers may still experience intermittent access to its digital banking platforms due to high volume of inquiries.
