Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 15) — Filipino designer Michael Leyva shared photos of Celeste Cortesi in a bedazzling sky-blue gown following the Filipino-Italian beauty queen’s stint in the 71st edition of the Miss Universe beauty pageant.
Leyva on Sunday showed off a celestial gown encrusted with Swarovski crystals and a cape that he created for Celeste, who missed placing a spot in the Top 16 of the pageant.
“You’re still our Miss Universe. Thank you for making us all proud,” Leyva said in a social media post shortly after the event.
