The 26th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta (PIHABF) returns on February 13–15, 2026 at New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac. And this year, the skies are more colorful than ever! Festivalgoers can enjoy returning favorites like Yoda, Princess Nelly, Busby, Party, Bagger, and La Cartuja, while keeping an eye out for whimsical newcomers making their Philippine debut: Iggy the Purple Baby Dragon, Tuca the Toucan, Red Macaw, Blue Macaw, Master Zaba, Finley the Turtle, and many more!
Balloons take off as early as 6:00-6:30 AM, offering breathtaking morning spectacles perfect for photos and memories.
For couples looking for a romantic twist, the Fiesta also features a special Valentine’s Day Dinner on February 14. Enjoy a romantic meal for ₱1,800 per person while balloons burn and glow to the beat of a live band, creating an unforgettable evening under the stars.
