
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 22) — Filipino runner Eric Cray successfully defended his men’s 400-meter hurdles title on Tuesday evening at the 29th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Cray finished with an official time of 50.03 to secure the gold medal.
Vietnam’s Quach Cong Lich came at second place with 50.05, while Andrian of Indonesia placed third with 51.52.
The Philippines now has eight gold medals, eight silver medals, and nine bronze medals in the biennial meet.
