PH, Chinese coast guards work on easing tensions in disputed waters

The Chinese Coast Guard visiting the Philippines for the first time since the South China Sea dispute began in 2012. For the next five days, the country’s coast guard and their Chinese counterparts will tackle how to decrees tensions in disputed waters.
