42 Metro Manila hospitals at critical level

At least 42 hospitals in the NCR Plus bubble are being pushed to the limit with some refusing admission. The Health department says military reservists will be deployed at hospitals to hopefully provide relief. We speak with PHAPI President Dr. Jose Rene de Grano.
