Blue returning to PH for three-city 25th anniversary tour

Metro Manila, Philippines – British pop group Blue is returning to the Philippines for a three-city tour in January 2027 as the band celebrates its 25th anniversary.

Original members Simon Webbe, Duncan James, Antony Costa and Lee Ryan will perform in Manila on Jan. 28 at the New Frontier Theater, followed by Davao on Jan. 30 at the SMX Convention Center and Cebu on Jan. 31 at the Waterfront Hotel Ballroom.

The Philippine leg, presented by Wilbros Live, is part of Blue’s 25th Anniversary Tour and comes alongside the release of the group’s seventh studio album, “Reflections.”

The 13-track album features new songs including “Waste My Love,” “One Last Time,” “The Vow” and “Look What You Started.”

“We’re all artists, we’re all brothers, we’re all Blue,” Webbe said.

Formed in 2001, Blue rose to prominence with hits including “All Rise,” “One Love,” “If You Come Back,” “Too Close,” “U Make Me Wanna” and “Best in Me.”

The group also collaborated with Elton John on a cover of “Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word.”

Blue scored three consecutive No. 1 albums in the United Kingdom with “All Rise,” “One Love” and “Guilty,” and won BRIT Awards for British Breakthrough Act in 2002 and British Pop Act in 2003.

Tickets for the Philippine shows will go on sale Oct. 10 through TicketNet for Manila and TicketMelon for Davao and Cebu.
