Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 28) — A man was killed in a road crash along the eastbound lane of Mel Lopez Boulevard in Tondo, Manila on Thursday morning.
According to an eye witness, it was around 4 a.m. when an oncoming motorcycle slammed into the rear left portion of a tractor head truck which was \”on stop position\” along the side street.
The Manila Police District said the victim, a resident of 11th Avenue in Caloocan City, sustained severe head injuries causing his instant death
Meanwhile, authorities said the 37-year-old truck driver from Muntinlupa City is now under police custody.
