Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, September 30) — Gasoline prices may go down beginning Tuesday, while motorists may have to slightly shell out more for diesel.
Unioil on Saturday said it expects gasoline to cost ₱1.80 to ₱2 less per liter, and diesel prices to rise by 20 to 40 centavos per liter.
Another industry source, meanwhile, estimates a price cut of ₱2.10 to ₱2.50 for gasoline, and an increase of 10 to 50 centavos for diesel.
Oil firms implemented a minimal price rollback this week.
