Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, September 8) — The Land Transportation Office has ordered the registered owner of the vehicle involved in a road rage incident in Valenzuela City to identify the driver during the incident.

The LTO said a woman living in Bulacan is the registered owner of the sports utility vehicle (SUV) in the scuffle in Barangay Bignay on Aug. 19.
In a video posted online, a man was getting out of the driver’s side of the SUV and brandished a gun during a confrontation with another motorist.
