Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 19) — The Department of Health (DOH) has released the guidelines on the second COVID-19 vaccine booster shots for people aged 18 and above, which means they may now head to immunization sites to get the additional dose.
The guidelines issued on Tuesday state that the general adult population may get a second booster shot at least six months after receiving the first one.
The currently available brands are AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and Moderna.
“Pwede pa rin bakunahan kahit lampas na sa inirekomendang agwat mula sa unang booster dose,” the DOH said.
