Duterte adviser proposes scrapping of alert level system

While the government is making a pandemic exit plan, should the alert level system be scrapped in areas with high COVID-19 vaccine coverage? This is the latest proposal of Presidential adviser for entrepreneurship Joey Concepcion. But health officials are adamant the classification is here to stay.
