Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — The local government of Quezon City has announced the suspension of classes at all levels — including evening classes — in Quezon City on Monday (July 27), in light of the final State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Benigno S. Aquino III.
The president will deliver his speech at the Batasang Pambansa, which sits in the northeastern part of the city.
The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Friday (July 24) announced that a portion of Commonwealth Avenue’s northbound lane will be closed to traffic.
