Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — A jeepney dispatcher was shot dead at the westbound lane of Marcos Highway Ligaya in Pasig City early Monday morning (June 8).
An alert posted by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Twitter reported that police and Pasig City traffic enforcers were at the crime scene as of 5:58 a.m.

PO3 Jose Olalo Jr. of Pasig Police Station identified the victim as Roberto Bie Tolentino.
The gunman, however, remain unidentified and is now at large.
Investigators are still looking into the possible motive for the killing.
