Laguna Governor Sol Aragones also declared class suspensions in all levels for tomorrow.

On Monday, the Palace paused afternoon classes and government work in Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, and Bataan.

The weather bureau said rainfall that may cause gutter-level flooding in low areas may continue until Tuesday in Metro Manila, Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Cavite, Batangas, and Rizal. The habagat may also dump occasional rains in Ilocos Region, Benguet, Tarlac, Marinduque, and Oriental Mindoro.

It also said two low pressure areas inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility have a “medium” chance of becoming a tropical depression within the next 24 hours.
