Comelec Chairman George Garcia on Friday, May 16, said each candidate will be allowed to have up to 15 companions, higher than previous proclamations.

[Translation: We only invited up to five companions in the past. We want more people to join the candidates this time around because this is their moment; They worked hard for it.]

[Translation: In these moments, they should bring their family, leaders, or supporters who helped them win.]

The Top 12 candidate will be called first and the Top 1 will be proclaimed the last. Each will be given five minutes to speak.

Garcia said the program may last for two hours.

The proclamation of winning party-lists, meanwhile, will be on Monday.
