Metro Manila, Philippines – “Insidious: Out of the Further” has become the second highest-grossing film of 2026 in the country, earning more than ₱393 million after three weekends in cinemas, according to distributor Columbia Pictures Philippines.
The latest installment in the “Insidious” horror franchise has grossed ₱393,373,490 locally, overtaking “The Odyssey,” which is now on its eighth weekend in theaters.
“Insidious: Out of the Further” has also held the No. 1 spot at the local box office for three consecutive weekends and continues to screen in more than 200 cinemas nationwide, Columbia Pictures said.
The film introduces a new family to the horror franchise, with Amelia Eve playing Gemma, a mother who discovers she can travel into The Further, the realm of lost souls central to the “Insidious” universe.
Lin Shaye returns as Elise Rainier, while Jacob Chase directs the film.
The “Insidious” franchise has earned more than $740 million at the global box office, according to Columbia Pictures.
