Filipino scientist appointed as Editor of Intl. Scientific Publication

Professor Percival Almoro from the UP Diliman College of Science National Institute of Physics has been appointed Editor of International Scientific Publication called ‘OPTIK.’
It’s the first time in the peer-reviewed journal’s 77-year history to have a Filipino editor.
