Greek PM hopes all NATO members do their part in defence spending

Reuters– Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis said on Wednesday that all members of the NATO alliance should do their part in terms of defence spending.

\”We have consistently exceeded the 2% threshold even during the very difficult times of the economic crisis,\” he said ahead of the NATO summit in The Hague.

\”So I welcome the decisions might taken by the summit. I hope all member states will do their part because at the end of the day this is an alliance that is based on trust and on fair burden-sharing.\”
