Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Over the next four months, online property portal Property24 and real estate firm My Saving Grace Realty and Development Corp. (MSGRDC) will hold a series of auctions of properties across the country.
“This is another breakthrough in a very successful partnership with MSGDRC,” said Property24 Philippines Country Manager Steven Santos.
“This auction will continue to build on that strong business relationship to the benefit of the market and the buyers and we are looking forward to more collaborative efforts beyond 2016,” he added.
Auctions will be held starting May 28, 2016 at the Max’s restaurant located at Jupiter St., Makati City with succeeding auctions slated on July and August. In its auction site, MSGRDC claims that buyers can save up to 45% from the current listed price.
The auctions will offer properties from Philippine Asset Growth One Inc. (PAGOI) and Philippine Asset Growth Two, Inc. (PAGTI). The properties cover areas in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Residential, commercial, and industrial properties will be made available.
