Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 24) — Celebrity doctor Vicki Belo and her longtime boyfriend, doctor Hayden Kho finally tied the knot on Friday.
The couple had been together for almost 12 years prior to their marriage.
On her Instagram post, Belo wrote “I was afraid that I would feel like I would lose my freedom by getting married. Instead, I feel joyful and free.”
She then thanked Makati Mayor Abigail Binay for officiating the civil ceremony.
Kho likewise posted on his Instagram page, showing him kissing his new wife.
“Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.” #OfficiallyOffTheMarket,” Kho said in his post.
Their two-year old daughter, Scarlet Snow, was also present at the ceremony.
