Malacañang: Gov’t will not cooperate with ICC

Malacañang says the government will not cooperate with personnel from the International Criminal Court if they insist on pursuing an investigation on the drug war. The President’s spokesman says the ICC is “politically persecuting” President Rodrigo Duterte.
