980 UV Express units back on Metro Manila roads

UV Express vehicles are now back on the road to serve commuters today. Almost a thousand vehicles ply 47 routes going in and out of Metro Manila. But a UV Express group appeals to the government to bring back more units to accommodate more passengers in need of transportation.
