PMA, PNPA hold virtual graduation rites

Covid-19 has brought winds of change to both the Philippine Military Academy and the Philippine National Police Academy.

There were many firsts: Simultaneous graduation ceremonies in Baguio city and in Silang, Cavite, with no parents, no family, and no friends in attendance.
