Tarlac residents have mixed reactions on quarantine of evacuees

Over 400 Filipinos from a coronavirus-hit crew ship in Japan are now under quarantine in Tarlac. The number of evacuees is bigger compared to the first group that came from Wuhan, China. What do Tarlac residents have to say about this?
