
(CNN Philippines, August 6) — Yuka Saso continued to move up in the leaderboard of the women’s individual stroke at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics Friday at the Kasumigaseki Country Club.
Saso fired 4-under par 67 in the third round to place at joint 20th. She has a total of 4-under par 209 which is 11 strokes behind leader Nelly Korda of the United States.
Meanwhile, Bianca Pagdanganan dropped to joint 29th place after a second straight even-par finish. She has fired 2-under par 211 in total.
Barring the threat of a typhoon, the final round of competition tees off tomorrow, August 7 (Philippine time).
