All laboratories were operation on June 4, but three laboratories failed to submit their data to the COVID-19 Document Repository System. The DOH said the three non-reporting laboratories contribute, on average, 0.68% of samples tested and 1.27% of positive individuals.
On the other hand, the Department of Foreign Affairs has received no new reports of COVID-19 cases among overseas Filipinos.

The daily positivity rate or rate of people who tested positive stood at 13.2% — still within the same 11 to 14% range since May 5 — based on 43,442 tests done as of June 4. The World Health Organization recommends a rate below 5%, as higher rates may mean high transmission.
