Hospitals outside NCR Plus Bubble pushed to the limit

Like many hospitals in Metro Manila, health facilities outside the NCR Plus Bubble are having a difficult time finding another hospital to transfer patients they can no longer accommodate. In this report, we talked to some medical frontliners of a private hospital in Lipa City, Batangas.
