Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 15) — Domingo Flores Panganiban, who previously served as Agriculture secretary under two administrations, returned to the department as undersecretary.
Panganiban took his oath of office before President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Friday, Aug. 12.
“Isang karangalan ang makatrabaho ang ating mga dalubhasa sa pagtugon sa mga pangangailangan ng ating bayan lalo na sa sektor ng agrikultura,” Marcos said in his Facebook post on Monday.
