
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 26) — Some local government units (LGUs) have suspended classes for Wednesday, Oct. 26, due to the magnitude 6.4 earthquake that hit Abra province late Tuesday evening, as well as continuous rainfall in other areas.
Below is the list of LGUs which declared class suspensions:
– Abra (classes in all levels in both public and private schools; work in government offices)
– Ilocos Norte (classes in all levels in both public and private schools; work in government offices)
– Ilocos Sur (work and class suspension “in all public and private sectors”)
– Bangar, La Union (classes in all levels in both public and private schools)
– Rizal (classes in all levels in both public and private schools)
– Tanza, Cavite (classes in all levels in both public and private schools)
