
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 13) — Oil companies announced a reduction in prices of petroleum products starting Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the firms said there would be no adjustment for gasoline.
According to the oil monitoring of the Department of Energy as of Feb. 7, the year-to-date per-liter increases stood at ₱5.10 for gasoline, ₱0.05 for diesel, and ₱2.25 for kerosene.

In separate advisories on Monday, Petro Gazz, Seaoil, Caltex, Clean Fuel, Jetti, Phoenix Petroleum, and PTT Philippines said the per-liter prices of diesel products would drop by ₱2.20.
Seaoil and Caltex also said prices of kerosene will fall by ₱2.50 per liter.
