Metro Manila, Philippines – Eligible college and university students in the Philippines can avail of a one-year Google’s AI Plus plan for free under a new offer aimed at giving students access to artificial intelligence-powered study tools.
Google announced Friday, Sept. 4, that the 12-month subscription includes Study Notebooks, Gemini Live, interactive visualizations and 400 GB of cloud storage.
Study Notebooks allows students to upload class materials such as syllabi, presentations and reading packets, which Gemini can use to create step-by-step study plans.
The tool can also generate learning guides and practice tests, track student progress, and automatically add examination dates and project deadlines to Google Calendar.
Students under the plan will also have access to Google’s Gemini Omni model, interactive 3D visualizations for complex subjects, a personalized Daily Brief and Gemini Live for conversational study sessions.
The offer includes 400 GB of storage across Google Drive, Gmail and Google Photos for the entire free subscription.
To claim the offer, students must sign in using a Google account and verify that they are actively enrolled at an eligible college or university.
A valid payment method is required to activate the subscription, but Google said students will not be charged during the 12-month promotional period and may cancel at any time.
Eligible students can claim the offer until Dec. 31, 2026.
