Metro Manila, Philippines – Face-to-face classes have been suspended in the following areas on Thursday, Aug. 20, due to nonstop rains brought by the southwest monsoon.

Laguna  

• Biñan City: all levels, public and private; shift to Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM)

Pampanga

• Candaba: all levels, public and private; ADM  

• Macabebe: all levels, public and private; ADM; Aug. 19–20  

• Mexico: all levels, public and private; ADM  

• San Simon: all levels, public and private; Aug. 19–20  

• Sto. Tomas: all levels, public and private; ADM

Pangasinan  

• Aguilar: preschool to senior high school, public and private
