Meanwhile, 17 people were injured, while one person is missing in Batangas City.
Severe weather from tropical cyclones Luis and Maymay has impacted 5.39 million people, or 1.53 million families.
The Office of Civil Defense tallied infrastructural damage at ₱3.5 billion and agricultural damage at ₱1.42 billion.
The government has provided ₱796.98 million in assistance to affected families.
Three tropical depressions (TD) surround the country, the state weather bureau reported.
