Metro Manila, Philippines – The oil supply is expected to last for 50.31 days, the Department of Energy (DOE) said on Wednesday, April 7.
As of April 10, the Oil Industry Management Bureau (OIMB) listed the inventory as follows:
gasoline – 54 days
diesel – 49 days
kerosene – 104 days
jet fuel – 68 days
fuel oil – 46 days
liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) – 36 days
Meanwhile, a third shipment of diesel from North Asia is expected to arrive by the end of the week, Energy Undersecretary Sandy Sales said.
A fourth shipment will be delivered to Davao shortly after, completing the department’s target of 900,000 barrels for April.
On April 10, the country received over 300,000 barrels of diesel from Malaysia through a Singapore-based trader.
