Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 25) — Kennon Road has reopened for light vehicles in time for the holiday season, a local council in Benguet announced.
According to an advisory issued on Dec. 22, only vehicles weighing 10 tons and below are allowed to travel on Kennon Road, which connects Baguio City to Rosario town in La Union province.
