
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, December 22) — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has invited the public to visit Malacañang as he opened the Palace grounds for the Christmas season.
Marcos announced this in a video posted on his Facebook account on Friday, where he also greeted Filipinos a merry Christmas.“Open house po kami ngayon. Habang may Simbang Gabi open house po ang Palasyo. Puntahan po niyo kami, bisita kayo,” he urged Filipinos.[Translation: We are open house while we have Misa de Gallo. Come visit us, be our guests.]
The president said the Palace has also prepared food for the visitors, including some food usually served during the holidays such as bibingka and puto bumbong.
