Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 23) — After co-founding Tier One Entertainment in 2017, celebrity cosplayer Alodia Gosiengfiao on Thursday announced she had left the esports and gaming talent agency over “misaligned” visions and values.
\”It is with a heavy heart that I bid Tier One Entertainment farewell,\” Gosiengfiao said in a social media post. \”The journey we shared in building the company has been both challenging and rewarding.\”
\”However, it has become evident that our visions and values are not aligned,\” she added.
Gosiengfiao expressed gratefulness for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments she shared with the agency.
Meanwhile, the talent agency for video games and esports congratulated the 35-year-old model for her contributions to the business, adding that they would not be where they are without her.
\”You are an unwavering beacon of excellence and continue to be an inspiration to cosplayers, content creators, and our industry as a whole,\” Tier One Entertainment told Gosiengfiao in a letter posted on its Facebook.
\”We are truly grateful for the time and dedication you have given us over the years,\” it said. \”In the Philippines and around the world, you are undeniably one of one,\” it also said. \”It is essential for everyone to find a place where their values align and their vision can flourish.\”
