#WalangPasok: Class suspension on Oct. 6 due to yellow rainfall warning

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, October 6) — Some local government units (LGUs) in Luzon announced the suspension of classes on Friday due to a yellow rainfall warning brought by Typhoon Jenny.

As of Friday morning, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Jenny continued to weaken outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR), but scattered rains are still expected over the western portions of Luzon due to the enhanced southwest monsoon (habagat).

All wind signals have already been lifted.

Below are the LGUs that have announced the suspension of classes:

Manila (classes in all levels; public and private schools)

Navotas (classes in all levels; public and private schools)
