Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 27) — Residents in the southern portion of the National Capital Region and Cavite will experience water service interruption starting 2 p.m. Thursday until 8 a.m. Friday, Maynilad announced.
The west zone concessionaire explains that it needs to conduct an urgent shutdown at the Putatan Water Treatment Plant 1 for some maintenance work due to frequent power fluctuations caused by recent bad weather.
The service interruption will affect households in some parts of Las Piñas City, Muntinlupa City, Parañaque City, Pasay City, and Cavite (Bacoor and Imus):
