
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 1) – Fuel prices are expected to go down next week, according to Unioil Petroleum Philippines.
The cost of diesel and gasoline may decrease from 60 centavos to 80 centavos per liter.
The oil price adjustments are forecasted to be effective from July 4 to 10.
Meanwhile, Phoenix, Solane and Petron announced a price rollback for liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and AutoLPG products starting Saturday.
Phoenix said its LPG will go down by ₱3.70 per kilogram and its AutoLPG by more than ₱2.05 per liter.
Petron, meanwhile, said its LPG will also drop by ₱3.70 per kilogram and its AutoLPG by at least ₱2.07 per liter.
Solane, on the other hand, said it will also implement a price rollback of ₱3.73 per kilogram for its LGP.
The Department of Energy’s LPG monitoring earlier said the price of household LPG in Metro Manila is estimated to range from ₱825 to ₱1,103 per 11-kilogram cylinder, starting May 2.
