Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 6) — Motorists will see lower fuel prices starting Tuesday as oil companies announced big-time price rollback this week.
In separate advisories on Monday, Seaoil, Petro Gazz, Clean Fuel, Caltex, PTT Philippines, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, Unioil, and Flying V said the per-liter prices of diesel and gasoline would decrease by ₱3 and ₱2.10, respectively.
For kerosene, Seaoil, Caltex, and Flying V said prices would be slashed by ₱2.30 per liter.
According to the oil monitoring of the Department of Energy as of Jan. 31, the year-to-date per-liter increases stood at ₱7.20 for gasoline, ₱3.05 for diesel, and ₱4.45 for kerosene.
