
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, January 2) – Motorists will see the first oil price hike of 2023 take effect tomorrow, an oil company said.

According to advisories from Petron, Seaoil, Petro Gazz, PTT Philippines, Flying V, Cleanfuel, Caltex, Phoenix Petroleum Philippines, and Unioil, gasoline prices will go up by ₱2.90, diesel by ₱2.10, effective 6:00 a.m. on Jan. 3.
Petron, Flying V, Seaoil, and Caltex also said that kerosene would increase by ₱3.05.

It was earlier forecasted that a fuel price hike would welcome 2023.
