SUV driver in Mandaluyong hit-and-run may face frustrated murder charges

Frustrated murder charges may be filed against the SUV driver who hit and ran over a security guard manning traffic in Mandaluyong City over the weekend.

Crissy Dimatulac reports the driver who has been identified by the police will face transport investigators tomorrow.
